Ministry of Environment communicates new registration deadline.
Just after having postponed the registration deadline as a result of an unfinished legislation, the Danish Ministry of the Environment has now communicated a new mandatory registration deadline.
Based on this communicaion, companies that fall into the scope of the extended producer responsibility (EPR) for packaging in Denmark have to be registered starting the 1st April 2024.
The registration process will continue to be administered by the Danish DPA.
