New reporting obligations in 2024.
Starting on the 4th August 2023, producer of TV sets, refrigerators, washing machines and ai-condition-appliances fall under the regulation according to Announcement 572, 2023. According to this announcement, companies have to communicate re-use and recycling targets and have to communicate waste management plans on an annual basis.
A monthly reporting schedule will be required.
