On 1st July 2023, the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic published Decree No. 259/2023 Coll. This legislation imposes extended reporting and record-keeping obligations to companies that put packaging and so-called non-packaging products onto the Slovakian market.
Annex 10c of the Decree requires to report:
- data on the material composition
- the percentage of primary and recycled raw material used
This information needs to be included for the first time in the Quarter 3 report which is due in January 2024.
