Zeit gewinnen - und Organisation nutzen.

Der spanische RD 1050/ 2022 verpflichtet alle Unternehmen, auch diejenigen, die industrielle Verpackungen auf dem  spanischen Markt in Verkehr bringen zur Anmeldung im Herstellerregister bis zum 29. März 2023. Gleichzeitig ist ein Kollektivsystem zur Sammlung auch von industriellen Verpackungen anzugeben. Diese Systeme sind aber noch immer nicht genehmigt. Das Herstellerregister kommuniziert nun eine Verlängerung der Öffnung des Registers ohne eine weitere Frist zu benennen.

Die Meldefristen für die Vorjahre 2021 und 2022 bleiben demnach bestehen. Daraus ergäbe sich eine neue letzte Frist für die Anmeldung bis zum 31. Juli 2023.


Die Organisation Recyclia (https://www.recyclia.es/) hat sich um die Genehmigung als Kollektivsystem beworben.  Gleichzeitig bietet Recyclia die Möglichkeit, die Registrierung durchzuführen und offeriert dazu entsprechende Vorverträge.
