The order process is very simple and works the same in the countries that we cover around the world.

You simply enter an order into our online portal my.envenance. We then qualify your request and provide you with a proposal on the charges or refunds per project. Once we have agreed upon the order, we allocate our logistics partners for the pick-up. Depending on local conditions we may include collective schemes also.

Our white glove logistics services include the capture and documentation of serial numbers, model names and asset tags just as well as data whipe and destruction of data carriers, partially on-site at the client.

The material is systematically treated within the country of generation. Our aim is to avoid a trans-boundary shipment of waste whenever possible.

This service is currently available in Austria, Australia, Bosnia & Herzegowina, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Israel, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Spain, UK and within the USA. Further countries are currently ramped-up and will be communicated shortly.

We currently serve the IT industry (for WEEE), the health industry (for batteries) and the automotive aftermarket for packaging (particularly emptied bins and containers of detergents and oil).
